─ Florian Grousset / c0d3ki113r ─────────────────────────────────

Florian Grousset. French native, Texas resident — Austin, TX 🇺🇸 / 🇫🇷 🥖 🧀. Co-founder and builder at Intenova, where we ship two products: Nova X™ (governed, multi-tenant agentic AI execution platform) and Nova Meridian™ (AI-native telecom OSS/BSS, built on Nova X). Two decades before that: search engines, ad platforms, directory empires, satellite ops, mining rigs — and now, finally, the thing it was all rehearsal for: building the layer where AI reasoning becomes real-world action.

Day-to-day I'm head-down on Nova X — agents, swarms, workflows, governance, human-in-the-loop controls, the unglamorous plumbing that turns models into something you'd actually let near a production system. Nights and weekends: MCP servers, firewall agents, radios and electronics.

Spiritual ancestors: Mitnick, Stallman, Cap'n Crunch, Phiber Optik, L0pht, cDc, every kid who ever typed JOSHUA into a 300-baud modem and held their breath.

Nova X™ platform · intenova.ai

Intenova's multi-tenant agentic AI execution platform: a governed runtime where enterprises build, run, and supervise AI agents, multi-agent swarms, and workflows against their own systems, with the security, observability, and cost controls that production deployments require.

Agents get persistent memory, a file workspace, and versioned releases that freeze their policies. Swarms compose supervisor, manager, and worker roles. Workflows mix agents, connectors, human approvals, and event-driven steps, and AI can generate and improve all of it from a plain-language description. Credentials never reach the model; every step is traced, audited, and costed.

Your models, your way: each tenant brings its own model provider and keys, or skips the provider entirely with Model Studio, where you bring your own model or build one yourself from your own data. MCP-native in both directions: Nova X consumes MCP tools and exposes the whole platform as an MCP server, so any MCP client can drive it.

Nova Meridian™ telecom OSS/BSS · built on Nova X

An AI-native OSS/BSS for telecom and connectivity providers (operators, MVNOs, resellers, enterprise telecom teams) and the first vertical product built on Nova X. Legacy stacks are monoliths with agents bolted on later. Meridian is modular and agentic from the ground up: every operational, financial, and sales function is a module that ships with its own agents, workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls.

Available today: Product & Offer Catalog, Universal Quoting, and TEM & Expense Reconciliation, where agents match invoices against contracts and finance staff approve the exceptions. On the roadmap: CRM, billing and revenue, order management, service provisioning, a unified OSS view, network design, SIM and IoT management, partner ecosystem, and a connectivity marketplace.

One multi-tenant platform, each operator in its own brand and data boundary. A catalog-centric data model keeps products consistent from catalog to quote to order to bill. Adopt one module or the full suite.

Where the curiosity goes after hours, mostly in the open on GitHub under c0d3ki113r: radios, cellular networks, firmware, OSINT, and the occasional rack of servers.

  • Firewalls, driven by models. opnsense-mcp-server is an open-source MCP server that lets AI models operate an OPNsense firewall: 166+ tools, credentials stay on the LAN, AGPL licensed.
  • Software-defined radio. GNU Radio flowgraphs, a HackRF running PortaPack Mayhem firmware, and SignalSDR Pro. Capture, decode, and replay from 1 MHz to 6 GHz.
  • Cellular, end to end. Private LTE and 5G cores on Open5GS, GSM base stations with OsmoBTS and OpenBTS, LTE downlink/uplink analysis with LTESniffer, and 5G NR baseband fuzzing against Qualcomm and MediaTek modems with 5Ghoul.
  • Wi-Fi at the silicon level. openwifi, an open-source IEEE 802.11 baseband implemented on FPGA, with its driver and software stack.
  • Flipper Zero & ESP32. Unleashed firmware builds, custom apps and protocol research on the Flipper, plus ESP32 firmware and small custom radio boards.
  • OSINT & attack surface. Reconnaissance tooling: SpiderFoot, Amass, Sherlock, and Robin, an AI-powered dark web OSINT tool.
  • AI in offensive security. How models get attacked and how they get used by attackers (neural-network-hacking), plus red team lab work with BeEF.
  • The bench. Digital electronics: logic analyzers, Bus Pirate, JTAG and SWD probes, and hardware reverse engineering on whatever lands on it.
  • Crypto infrastructure. Mining operations in the south of France, an iExec compute pool, blockchain development, and masternode hosting on a rack of HP blade servers.
